7th day (Friday Feb 01 2019)

We went to banana propagation by tissue culture at 9 oclock. The name of our instrustion was mam Estesierey. She was so beautiful. Before we entered the room, we had to use mask, gown laboratory, and gloves. She taught us how to propagate banana by tissue culture. Before we started, she demonstrated first to us. We did it in laminar air flow. After that we had lunch together. And we took a rest for 1 hour. We talked each others. At 2 oclock, she taught us how to make media. We experienced how to make it. The defferience was here, all of the sollution was not cooked together with agar. After that all of the media was sterilized for 20 minutes. While tools for 30 minutes.

 

 

 After that we went to our guest house but on the way of our journey we met Grace and the others. We helped them to hervest green pepper. And we went to the other farm. They learned how to dance cambe cambe.  We tried to dance it, but i couldnt. They came to our guest house. We talked each other. And I warmed my food from Indonesia rendang, I commanded them to try it.They said rendang was delicious but little bit spicy. I laughed  when they were looking for drinking. And we went to food store a long of the street and we watched ROTC (military school) here. They went home and promised to bring us breakfast tomorrow morning. They were so kind.
